RPA College to incorporate A2A Academy into its core curriculum, helping prepare its student-athletes for the transition to NCAA or NJCAA college programs.
March 15, 2023 - Athletes to Athletes (A2A) announced today that their flagship college preparation program, A2A Academy, will be implemented into RPA College’s core offering, giving each student access to a dedicated college advisor that specializes in working with student-athletes.
Starting in the fall of 2023, all students enrolled at RPA college will be able to work with A2A and their team of college advisors to actively learn and pursue their dream of competing at the collegiate level.
“We are excited about the future impact this partnership will have on the lives of amateur athletes, and we are honored to be a part of this transformative journey,” stated Reggie Calhoun Jr., founder of RPA College. “Together, we are committed to providing a comprehensive approach to athlete development that focuses on both physical and academic growth.
Since moving to a fully-digital model in 2021, A2A has been guiding student-athletes and their families through the complexities of college recruiting and helping them pursue the college program that best fits their needs, both on and off the field. Through individual sessions, group workshops, on-demand support tools and more, A2A has helped student-athletes apply and commit to college programs across the globe.

A2A was co-founded by Meyer in 2019 as a way to help student-athletes better prepare themselves for the college recruitment and selection process. Like many former athletes, Meyer’s relationship with his sport led him to make short-term decisions about college athletics instead of long-term decisions for planning his life after sports. Through the A2A Academy, he and his team of advisors help young athletes navigate the college selection process and encourage them to think about the next 40 years of their lives, not just the next four in college.
